James Hadley is a partner at Bain & Company, based in Dubai. He is managing director of Bain Middle East, responsible for shaping and executing the firm’s multi-year investment strategy in the region.
He joined Bain in 1996 in London and has worked with clients in Europe, North America and the Middle East. His experience spans numerous industries, with particular depth in industrial goods and services; telecom, media and technology; and the public sector.
James has advised companies and led assignments on wide range of business issues, from customer strategy to organisation and cost reduction. His main focus is on corporate and business unit strategy and he is the co-head of Bain’s EMEA Strategy practice.
James graduated with honours from Jesus College Oxford where he read classics and held an Open Scholarship. He is a past winner of the Bain’s global “Bright-Dix Award” for his contribution to developing people.
