Jeff Melton is the co-leader of Bain’s Asia-Pacific Performance Improvement practice and leads Bain’s global Service Operations capability.
Jeff works with clients around the world to develop new levels of capability and performance. He specializes in the deployment of high-velocity disciplines to drive transformational improvements in customer experience, financial performance and employee engagement.
Jeff’s pro bono work focuses on competitiveness and productivity. He led Bain’s landmark California Competitiveness Project with the California Business Roundtable and is currently co-leading Bain’s work with The Global Foundation to develop a blueprint for Australia’s future economy.
