Jenny Davis-Peccoud

Leader of Bain's EMEA Organization practice

Jenny Davis-Peccoud joined Bain in 1992. Jenny splits her time between two roles – senior director of Bain’s Global Organization practice and head of Bain’s Global Social Impact Program, Bain Cares.

In her Organization practice role, Jenny focuses her time on developing and commercializing Bain’s organizational capabilities, and serving clients with organizational issues. She has helped companies in multiple sectors with organization design, culture transformation, decision effectiveness and change planning. Jenny has also written several publications on organization, including What Managers Say, What Employees Hear: Connecting with your Front Line (Praeger Press 2006), "Leading from the front" (European Business Forum, Winter 2005/6) and Decide & Deliver (Harvard Business Review Press, September 2010).

Jenny has played an active role in social impact work since joining the firm, as a member and then a leader of local office Bain Cares programs. She advises a range of charities on their own strategies and business plans. She has deep experience with disenfranchised groups, such as the homeless, and has worked to build partnerships between business, government and the voluntary sector to tackle tough social issues. Recently, Jenny has taken on leadership of the global network of Bain Cares programs, working to increase the firm’s impact around the world. Jenny’s work in the community has been featured in the Financial TimesThe Times (of London), and Consulting Magazine.

Jenny studied at Georgetown University and Harvard Business School.
