Jenny Davis-Peccoud leads Bain & Company's Organization practice for Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) and serves as the global Social Impact practice leader. She has been with Bain for more than 20 years.
In her role with the Organization practice, Jenny focuses on developing and commercializing Bain's organizational capabilities and serving clients with organizational issues. She has helped companies in multiple sectors with organization design, culture transformation, decision effectiveness and change leadership. Jenny has written extensively on organization, with her articles appearing in top business media such as the Harvard Business Review and Forbes.com among others.
Jenny founded the firm's global Social Impact practice after playing an active role in this field since joining the firm. Jenny has spearheaded Bain's research and work with corporate clients on matters of sustainability and corporate responsibility, with her perspectives featuring in publications ranging from the Wall Street Journal and the Huffington Post to HBR.org and the Stanford Social Innovation Review. Jenny also leads Bain's work with foundations, charities and social enterprises, both steering our global strategy and helping local offices increase their impact in their communities.
Jenny earned her undergraduate degree from Georgetown University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
