Jenny Davis-Peccoud has been with Bain for more than 20 years. She leads Bain & Company’s Organization practice for Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) and also serves as the Global Social Impact practice leader.
In her role with the Organization practice, Jenny focuses on developing and commercializing Bain’s organizational capabilities and serving clients with organizational issues. She has helped companies in multiple sectors with organization design, culture transformation, decision effectiveness and change leadership. Jenny has published extensively on organization, with her articles appearing in the Harvard Business Review and on Forbes.com, among others.
Jenny has played an active role in social impact work since joining the firm, founding and now leading our Global Social Impact practice. She has deep experience with disenfranchised groups, such as the homeless, and has worked to build tri-sector partnerships between business, government and the voluntary sector to tackle tough social issues. Jenny has played an instrumental role in steering our global social impact investments, while also working with local offices to increase their impact in their communities. Recently, Jenny spearheaded Bain’s research and work with corporate clients on matters of sustainability and corporate responsibility. Jenny’s social impact work has been featured in the Financial Times, Stanford Social Innovation Review, Huffington Post and on HBR.org.
Jenny earned a bachelor in science from Georgetown University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
