Joe has over 11 years of consulting experience. His key areas of expertise include revenue enhancement, productivity improvement and product complexity optimisation. Recent projects include a performance transformation for a UK utility and a sales and marketing programme for a major chemicals company.
Prior to Bain, Joe worked in Manufacturing and Asset Development for a major Electronics manufacturer.
Joe holds a Masters in Manufacturing Engineering from Cambridge University.
