Nate Anderson is a partner in Bain & Company's Chicago office. He is a member of the firm's Digital, Performance Improvement, Chemicals and Supply Chain Management practices.
Within digital, Nate focuses on the impact digital is having on operations, and what companies can do to leverage innovation to support their strategic objectives and reach full potential. Nate helps clients develop their digital strategies, put the processes and operating models in place to support their digital objectives, and embed digital innovation as a core capability.
As a performance improvement expert, Nate helps clients improve the efficiency and effectiveness of their operations across the value chain, including footprint and network strategy, operational improvement and maintenance and reliability excellence.
Nate is experienced in leading teams, identifying critical business risks and opportunities, structuring and executing strategic approaches to complex problems, and managing client relationships to drive change and bottom-line results in organizations. He has extensive expertise in cost transformation, growth strategy, operational performance improvement and full potential realization.
Prior to joining Bain in 2008, Nate was an investment banking analyst with Lehman Brothers.
He holds a BA in economics from Dartmouth College and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
