Norbert Hültenschmidt is a partner at Bain & Company in Zurich and the head of Bain's global Healthcare practice.
During his two decades of management consulting experience, Dr. Hültenschmidt has focused on serving clients in pharmaceutical, medtech and diagnostics companies around the globe.
Over the course of his career, he has directed numerous assignments in strategy, operational and organizational improvements, corporate transformations, M&A and post-merger integration, and innovation management.
Dr. Hültenschmidt earned an MA in chemistry from Technical University of Aachen, from which he also received a PhD in technical chemistry.
