Paolo Bordogna is a director in the Milan office. During his consulting career, he has developed a broad experience with Industrial and High Technology Companies and has become a well known consultant in the Financial Services arena, having taken an active role in many of the projects (turnaround, acquisitions, mergers) that have reshaped the Italian and International Financial Services sector. During those assignments, he accumulated a relevant experience on issues related to Strategy, Risk Management, Channel Management, Segment Management, Customer Relationship Management, IT and Organization Changes.
Paolo is the author of articles on Time Based Competition, Organization Effectiveness, Capabilities and Reengineering, Multichannel Banking, and the co-author of the booklet “Reengineering and beyond: a senior management perspective.”
Before joining Bain & Company, Paolo worked at Sapient as CEO (Milan), at Boston Consulting Group as Director (Milan, Paris) and at Procter & Gamble as Brand Assistant (Rome).
He is a board member of the European Banking Report, ABI (Italian Banking Association).
Paolo earned a Degree in Electronic Engineering at Politecnico in Milan and an MBA at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
