Raj Pherwani is Bain’s global leader of the Performance Improvement practice. Raj has been with Bain for 18 years and he is currently a member of Bain’s Board of Directors and previously served as the Amsterdam office head.
Raj has led several global full potential transformational projects for clients in the telecommunications and technology industries. Raj also has significant experience working with the leading global private equity funds and has supported turnaround efforts at a number of their portfolio companies.
