Ray Tsang is the co-leader of Bain’s Asia Pacific Performance Improvement practice. He has been in the consulting industry for over 17 years, and he has been based in China for 13 years.
Ray has extensive experience in supply chain management and cost reduction, and has led a number of projects including network optimization, procurement performance improvement, inventory reduction as well as process redesign. He also covers the industrial and hi-tech sectors in the Asia-Pacific region.
