Eye on Europe: European brands upbeat on future men's business

Joelle de Montgolfier, director of Bain & Company's EMEA consumer products, retail and luxury practice, is quoted in a Women's Wear Daily article on the changes luxury brands are making to lure and maintain male consumers. Montgolfier states, "virtually every brand we speak with is increasing its focus on men's categories and formats to capitalize on the momentum of the male segment. Men's brands are also moving from specialization in specific categories [shoes, shirts, etc.] to broader offerings."
