Lunchbox men just keep on delivering

Bain & Company partners Chris Zook and James Allen’s new book, Repeatability: Build Enduring Businesses for a World of Constant Change is featured in an article by The National describing business models that lead to corporate success. According to the article, business strategies that, “can be constantly adapted and reapplied, and shorten the distance between the chief executive and the customer… are the winners.” The article cites companies that have previously “lost their way” by diversifying, such as Lego, and the resulting loss of both repeatability and profits due to this diversification. James Hadley, also a partner at Bain & Company, is also called upon in the article to discuss some of the challenges of the repeatability model in the Middle East, which he concludes is "finding what is the next engine of growth."
