Big gender gap in views of women's workplace gains, survey shows

A new survey shows that, while people in China have a generally positive view of women's status in the workplace, men have a rosier take on the issue than women. According to Bain & Company, 73% of Chinese women currently participate in the labor force, which is a higher proportion than many Western countries. However, Bain's research from last year showed that women hold less than 10% of executive-level jobs in China.
