Chinese urbanites reconsidering car ownership, study finds

According to Bain & Company's China New Mobility Study, some drivers in China are saying that owning a car is a hassle they could do without. Raymond Tsang, a China-based partner and co-author of the study, notes that this trend doesn't affect people's transportation needs, but rather encourages people to explore different transportation options to satisfy those needs. "The risk for car makers is of standing on the sidelines and not partaking," Tsang said.
