Private Equity International has unveiled the 12 winners of the 2015 Operational Excellence Awards. According to Suvir Varma, a partner with Bain & Company's Southeast Asia practice and a judge in the Asia-Pacific region, "Last year there were some slam-dunk winners, but this time, in most categories, there were really hard decisions to be made."
