Bain opened its Beijing office in 1993 and was the first strategic consulting firm to do so. Since then Bain has worked for both multinationals and local clients across more than 30 industries. We have served our clients in over 40 cities in China. Bain's Hong Kong office and Shanghai office were opened in 1991 and in 2004 respectively. The three Greater China offices now work together seamlessly as a cohesive team.
