Serving the community is a rich tradition within Bain. We work with very large, nationally known foundations and organizations along with local shelters and work programs in our own cities and neighborhoods.
We believe that we have a significant responsibility to serve our local communities. Each local office acts on this belief with local volunteer efforts in the community.
Some of the many community activities include:
- Mentoring students at local schools
- Fundraisers for local and national charities
- Annual days of service (full office participation)
- Tutoring young people in the community
- Care and entertainment for the elderly
Bain's commitment to serving our local communities has been recognized. For example, Bain London was recently awarded the prestigious "Business in the Community Award for Excellence," honoring their involvement in the London community.
