Alumni Network browser support
The Bain Alumni Network website is optimized for the following web browsers:
- Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher
- Netscape Navigator 6.2 or higher
Some Alumni website applications require JavaScript be active in your browser. Some variations of Netscape have known issues with JavaScript so if you have access to a version of Internet Explorer we recommend using that to access the website.
Login tips and instructions
- The Bain Alumni Network website can be accessed from www.bain.com.
- If you have a "Popup stopper" program enabled, you may need to override this functionality to access the login page
- Passwords are case sensitive. Please ensure you do not enter spaces.
Forgot your password?
If you've forgotten your password, contact Alumni Relations at alumni.relations@bain.com. Please provide the following information: - First and last name
- Bain e-code
- Primary Bain Office
A new password will be sent to the email address currently on file in our records.
After you login, you can change your password by selecting the Change your password link on the Alumni homepage. Your new password can be up to 9 characters long.
