They have a proven track record of helping clients make sustainable improvements in their businesses and develop long-lasting client relationships.

Bain partners are responsible for client management and for contributing to the growth of the company both internally and versus the market. Partners work with the top management of existing and potential clients and are accountable, together with their case teams, for defining innovative strategies and achieving results.

Our partners are acknowledged experts in one or more capability area and/or industry; therefore he/she is often invited to speak at conferences or is contacted by the press to share, discuss and illustrate Bain's experiences and insights.

In addition to client and case work, the partner group also plays a fundamental role in several internal key processes such as training, recruiting and coaching.
