Our clients historically outperform the market 4 to 1
We care enough about our clients' success that we track their results. Companies that outperform the market like to work with us; we are as passionate about their results as they are.

About the chart
The Bain stock price chart is a graph of indexed stock price gains over their level in 1980 — beginning at 0 in 1980. It is not a reflection of stock price averages, but an index of divergence.

  • The Bain clients line (Y axis) represents the calculated cumulative point change in the current market value of an index of a hypothetical portfolio of Bain's publicly-held clients as of each calendar quarter-end.
  • The S&P 500 line (Y axis) is the cumulative point change in the Standard & Poor's 500 industrial index.
Note: Calculation and data for chart attested to by PricewaterhouseCoopers through December 2006.
