Bain & Co established its presence in the Indian market in 2004, when it opened up the Bain Capability Center in Gurgaon (NCR). The BCC is an offshore group that provides strategic management and casework support to the Bain network.

In the five years since its inception, the BCC has more than tripled its headcount. We also recently moved into a brand new office space.
