An MBA can be part of your career. Bain Amsterdam considers pursuing an MBA to be part of the normal professional development of its consultants, and is therefore willing to sponsor and finance applications to such programs.
Obtaining an MBA is not a prerequisite for promotion at Bain. For those individuals who wish to pursue their career without an MBA, Bain Amsterdam will offer other professional development options, including transfers to other offices or externships at Bain clients.
Bain Amsterdam has a selection of business schools that are covered by its MBA policy. To be eligible, consultants must have at least two years’ work experience at Bain and be considered as "on-track" performers. They must furthermore be committed to rejoin Bain upon completion of the MBA program.
Support includes reviewing MBA application documents, making personal recommendations and financing tuition fees.
