We are able to do this through our emphasis on training. Our training programs are arguably the best in our industry. Quickly getting our new recruits up to speed is not a matter of luxury, but one of necessity.
There are several categories of training activities at Bain:
Core international program
Every year, our consulting staff spends between one and two weeks attending intensive off-site programs with their worldwide peers. Some of the recent locations for these trainings were Cape Cod, Cancun and Prague. These programs provide the basic needs to work at your level.
