The Australian practice consists of local employees supplemented by expatriates. Local office staff experience the opportunity to work overseas with 65% of the staff having spent time in another country on an experience share transfer. The local practice also benefits from having highly talented people who have settled in Australia on a long-term basis and international employees who are spending 6-12 months here on transfer.
