Michael is a partner in the Sydney office. After a stint as
computer programmer for Accenture that followed his graduation from
Rice University with degrees in history and political science,
Michael joined Bain Dallas as an associate consultant in 1996.
After nearly three years at Bain, he left the company to form a
private equity group. After six years of deals and running
portfolio companies, he rejoined Bain in 2004.
Michael has worked extensively in the airlines, financial
services, and telecommunications industries in both Australia and
North America. He has strong skills in sales force effectiveness
and customer-led growth.
Transfer experience

Sydney as a senior associate consultant. I worked for an airline
client and was able to travel to every state and territory at least
once during my transfer."
Outside the office
