Reika is a consultant in the Sydney office. She is a graduate of Sydney University, where she studied aeronautical engineering,. She finished her degree in Turin, Italy, and then worked in her family's wholesale/import business for 18 months before joining Bain in February 2006. Most recently Reika obtained an MBA from INSEAD, in her first case, she studied revenue generation through customer service for a telecommunications company.
