At Bain, we believe in not taking ourselves too seriously—Bainies describe the culture as work hard/play hard. We have numerous activities and parties that provide opportunities to build a more tightly integrated and stronger team. As part of our commitment to fun, our office has celebrations throughout the year, including our annual offsite, ski trip and Holiday Party. Our Bain Activity Committee specializes in planning sporting events for the office. Past events have included rock climbing, sailing, charity fun-runs, and participation in the annual Bain World Cup.
