The Boston office is well known around Bain’s worldwide offices for having a very friendly and collegial culture. The winter holiday party and the annual ski trip to Maine are just a couple of the events that we organize to socialize with our coworkers. But the highlight of the office calendar is our Summer Meeting, an annual off-site retreat, which occurs at the end of July. Recently the Boston office hosted the Bain World Cup, and hundreds of "Bainies" from around the globe converged in our city to battle in the annual company soccer tournament. We are also committed to helping serve the community. Our Community Works program partners with local organizations to provide both pro bono case work and fund-raising.
