Who we are

Our people share our clients’ aspirations and deliver true results
Bain & Company was founded on the principle that consultants should deliver sustainable and measurable results—not just reports—to our clients. Our experts in Brussels share that passion for results, and they bring a diverse set of skills and industry experience to each client engagement. Our teams serve a broad range of international companies, private equity funds and large local firms—30% of which are represented in the Bel20 stock index. Our people are our most important asset
We pride ourselves on our ability to attract and retain the best talent—it is what fosters our success. Bain Brussels' entrepreneurial, youthful, and energetic atmosphere allows everyone to make an impact from day one. Bain Brussels hires people with integrity, intelligence and the ambition to make a difference. Training programs, mentoring, staffing and professional development are all integrated around the global Bain network. Learn more about what it’s like to work at Bain.

We have fun working together and are committed to giving back to our communities
Our colleagues are more than a fantastic group of people to work with—you will find real friendships among us. We have Friday breakfasts every fortnight, a summer BBQ, an annual Christmas party, and in 2006, the Brussels office hosted the Bain World Cup—an event that brought together people from Bain offices worldwide for a soccer competition. Monthly office information sessions help to keep everyone informed about the business and activities in the office. And Bain Brussels has been listed among the top workplaces in Europe in recent years. Learn more about our unique culture.

Bainies in Brussels are also active in social issues within and outside of the office, volunteering with organizations dedicated to issues such as children, education and the environment. A pro-bono team recently partnered with Missing Children Europe to develop best practices.
