settling into any specialization.

I chose Bain because I was and that it was the best among top
consulting firms when it comes to valuing its employees. Further, I
chose the Mumbai office because it is a smaller office, and allows
for greater interactio among all colleagues.
A memorable experience at Bain
My first Bain sponsored trip to the USA for two weeks of Associate
Consultant Training (ACT) and the moment when Bain India office
employees sung 'Vande Mataram' during a karaoke session in front of
representatives from all of Bain's global offices.
How is Bain India office unique?
Bain India is unique because of its lower strength compared to
other Bain offices. This has enabled people to know each other
professionally, as well as personally. I really like the fact that
conscious efforts are made every year to ensure that this spirit of
bonding remains even though we are growing so fast.

Advice for prospective applicants.
