Fantastic set of individuals (incredibly smart and very humble at
the same time)
Very fun place to work in (for instance we celebrate at the end of
each case with our respective teams. Our celebrations have included
trips to Napa Valley, Ranthambore, Bangkok, and Ananda Spa).
A memorable experience at Bain.
Reading the year-end financial results of one of my clients. We
worked alongside them for 2 years and helped them achieve revenue
growth (in line with the market) for the 1st time in 3 years, after
2 straight years of revenue decline. The CEO later remarked in
front of his leadership team "Bain is an integral part of my
management team". This was truly a gratifying moment.
How is Bain India office unique?
It is one of the fastest growing offices in the Bain system. It is
also an extremely closely-knit office where virtually everyone
knows everyone.
Interests outside work.
I play golf on the weekends, enjoy travelling with my family, love
scuba-diving and enjoy cooking.
Advice for prospective applicants.
We are looking for someone with a lot of intellectual horsepower;
one who is passionate about results creation; someone who has a
great sense of humor and enjoys working in teams. If you fit the

1 yr at MasterCard, 5 years at McKinsey (London), 4 years at
Accenture (London/ India)
