Team formation
A typical Bain team will have a partner, a manager and work streams of consultants and associate consultants. Teams might include people from across the global Bain system. A recent engagement in the India office involved Bainies from seven other countries.
Solving the case
Once we have a team in place, we develop our hypothesis for the solution. We do so by breaking down a complicated problem into smaller assertions. We leverage our global expertise to help arrive at these assertions. Of course, the rest of the analysis is all about using facts to prove or disprove these assertions.
Co-creation with clients
Throughout the engagement, we focus on working very closely with our client to develop practical solutions. Sessions with the client to share our emerging insights and brainstorming for solutions are commonplace.
