Results:
- Merger integration: Helped a global consumer products company (with a presence in over 150 countries) successfully to manage a complex integration to deliver results in the top quartile of large-scale consumer products mergers.
- Joint venture/alliance: Supported three major airlines in successfully agreeing to a partnership and forming a joint venture, providing customers with a superior airline network and better services.
- Corporate M&A/divestitures: Helped a major global industrial company prepare and execute the sale of two non-core businesses. The businesses were sold at a significantly better premium than was originally estimated.
- PE post-acquisition: Established a growth strategy for a fashion hair care company. Continued to help the team with an initiative to design a new sales and service model to be rolled out globally. The case created double-digit growth and paid for itself in less than one year.
