- Redesigned the governance and committee structure of a major international bancassurance player. Resulted in reducing the number of risk committees from 17 to two and clarifying the roles and accountabilities for all key decisions.
- Helped a global consumer products company to realise its ambition of double growth in 18 markets by identifying key organisational roadblocks, including insufficient talent. Developed a plan to address these issues for each market.
- Helped a leading international oil company to pinpoint drivers of cost and complexity in the businesses and functions. Identified a 30 per cent cost/headcount saving and made detailed recommendations to go after these opportunities
