- Helped a global energy company simplify its operations, organizational structure and key processes. Created an approximate 30 per cent reduction in overhead costs and, through a series of cost and revenue improvement initiatives, about a 20 per cent improvement in overall profitability.
- Helped transform the cost base of one of the world’s largest consumer goods companies, allowing greater investment in key areas of growth. The company adopted a low-cost operating model, redefined its organisation and changed the way it considered resource allocation. The project resulted in €550 million worth of savings.
