Paul Rogers is the Managing Partner of Bain UK and head of the firm’s global Organisation practice.

Paul joined Bain in 1986 having started his career as a European brand manager with Procter & Gamble.

In the 25 years since he has advised clients in a wide range of industries with a particular focus on consumer goods and retail but also technology, financial services, automotive, industrials and healthcare.

His experience covers strategy, customer and operations support, including acquisition evaluation and integration. His primary focus for the last decade has been helping companies build and sustain a high performance organisation. Paul has written extensively on this topic including co-authoring the recent book Decide & Deliver which highlights the crucial role of decision effectiveness in business and individual performance.

Paul received his degree from Cambridge University, where he studied English. He retains a passion for reading and theatre coupled with a bizarre compulsion to watch Arsenal, where he and his wife have season tickets. He plays tennis badly and otherwise tried to avoid physical exercise except when unavoidably walking the dog.
