How would you describe your current role?
To lead the Kroll consulting business (transaction support, fraud investigations and security) in all regions outside the Americas.
What is your greatest achievement since leaving Bain?
Helping the Kroll team turn the consulting business from loss making to strong profit in 2009 so we could sell the business and start a new growth story under Private Equity ownership.
What did you learn at Bain?
Brevity.
The next adventure
Asia. It's obvious but no less true for being so. Asian business norms are in transition as economies and companies grow to be significant global players. Asian business leaders (and western businesses working in Asia) need to think about managing their relationships with government, their shareholders and partner businesses to accelerate and secure future earnings.
