What is your background pre-Bain? And what is your current role at Bain and how long have you been here?

Before Bain, I actually trained as a ballet dancer - I danced for 17 years in total, training at the National Ballet School of Canada and Juilliard. After that, I gained an MPP from Kennedy School of Government and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

I joined Bain as a Consultant in September 2008.

How would you describe your role at Bain? What have been your most memorable case experiences? What are the results (client-related as well as internal) of which you are most proud?

I have advised on two successful private equity deals, turned around a retail bank in Poland, helped a major beverage company make better decisions and supported a major UK charity with their strategy to engage volunteers.

Finally, tell us three interesting facts about yourself/ your interests outside of work.

My passions are the theatre, travelling and yoga whenever I get the chance.
