Practical and supportive learning experience
Bain people gain the best practical business experience. Working across issues, organizations and industries, we develop strategic insights that clients can act on and then rally those organizations to action to make sure the results stick.

Bain strives to provide the best learning opportunities through the art of advising, investing, managing and global training. Our focus on achieving results for our clients is a fundamental reason that our consultants receive extensive training during their time at Bain. This training is equally useful during and after your Bain career—as demonstrated by the numerous successes that current and former Bainies have achieved thanks to their Bain experience and training. International exposure
Over the past several years, nearly 50% of our consulting staff have participated in Bain’s international transfer program. The program gives our people exposure to different clients, workstreams and cultures while also helping them build a wider network within Bain’s broader global network. Bain Ibérica is committed to providing transfer opportunities for our strongest performers. Transfers may be short-term (six months), permanent or case-driven (need-based transfer requested by another office to serve a client). While abroad, transfers maintain contact with mentors in their home office and seek out mentors in their receiving office to discuss their professional development.

Opportunities at Bain Ibérica
Bain Ibérica hires bright, enthusiastic individuals with very different backgrounds. We look for intelligent, well-rounded people who possess strong problem-solving skills, a history of leadership and teamwork and a track record of success. No specific business expertise is required, as Bain will tailor your training to fit your needs. Candidates must be fluent in English and Spanish. And knowledge of other European languages is an advantage considering the international nature of most of our assignments. Learn more about what Bain looks for.
