Working for Bain requires strong analytical and interpersonal skills. Bain consultants are trained to become strategy implementation specialists, but remain pure generalists in terms of industries covered. Only more senior positions are specialized by capability or sector.
We recruit outstanding individuals at various levels of seniority:
- Associate consultants: young graduates especially from the leading French grandes écoles such as HEC, ESCP-EAP, Essec, Polytechnique, Centrale Paris, Mines de Paris, Ponts et Chaussées and IEP Paris
- Senior associate consultants: graduates from the above-mentioned schools, with three to four years of experience in a position where they were exposed to financial analysis and business performance assessment
- MBA graduates from the world's leading business schools (INSEAD, Harvard, Wharton) or candidates with five to seven years of experience in managerial positions
Fluency in French and English is a prerequisite for joining the Paris office. We recruit throughout the year (from September until June).
