The office layout is designed to foster teamwork and mutual learning with numerous common spaces and meeting rooms. We strive for excellence at work and therefore tailor our environment to optimize every one's time. We thus have a concierge service on site (offering a laundry service, shoe repairing service, hairdresser, administrative paperwork service and gym).
Because our jobs are very demanding, we are dedicated to offering a pleasant and friendly work environment. Bain Paris takes part in the study conducted by the Great Place to Work Institute and has been ranked several times as one of the "Best Places to Work."
Frequent social events are planned such as monthly get-togethers for drinks organized by Bain managers. There are also office-wide events, such as the Christmas Party and summer event. At these events all levels in the office take part in training and team-building activities.
