Business Leadership Culture

Culture is a funny word that modern management tends to view as something that cannot easily change. It is a necessarily evil, yet at times we simply don't put enough emphasis on it. Leadership culture is the single most important dimension that shows up in CEO interviews. There is a plethora of books and tool kits on leadership available, but at the end of the day it is extremely hard to implement a strong leadership culture. In a company setting, this is even more pronounced and difficult to change for a number of reasons.
