Complexity management

Complexity creates headaches and management issues, yet we see companies inadvertently create complexities in their organizations that are highly dysfunctional and downright ineffective. Building a company takes a significant amount of time and, along the way, people tend to add procedures that are not necessary or that were the right decision at the time but lose their purpose a few years later. Complexities typically arise as normal processes, but unless you conduct routinely analysis they will become your biggest roadblock in running an efficient operation.
