Managing sustainable growth

Year after year, one key theme that arises is that it is incredibly difficult to grow. Growth is more than simply increasing a company's revenue to gain financial benefit; it has a much greater impact. Without growth, people will not join a company where they see no vision. Capital markets will downgrade your stocks, as nobody will invest in your company. Vendors will go to your competitors, as you cannot guarantee future business relationships if your revenue stalls. And customers will certainly stop buying your products if you cannot continue to reinvent yourself. Growth is no longer an option, but rather a survival strategy.
