Managing top talents

Without question, top talents bring revenue to their companies. Similar to how a small number of loyal customers can generate big profits, a small number of key talents can generate the most revenue and play a pivotal role. These top talents can be found throughout the organization and a good, sustainable organization develops them to eventually fill higher positions. Surveys find that Korean organizations have low attrition rates when employees are happy or the companies are providing the maximum potential value to employees.
