What we look for in a résumé- Superior analytics as displayed by strong academic performance in a relevant area of study
- Displayed excellence in leadership/team roles (extracurricular activities, charity work, etc.)
- Work experience, which essentially comprises the calibre of firm, the level of responsibility, the performance exhibited by the individual in this role and any signs of entrepreneurial spirit. For those applicants coming from industry, work experience is of much more importance.
