Jeffrey is a manager in the Toronto office. Since joining
Bain & Company in 1997 his work has included identifying
revenue enhancement opportunities for airlines, developing a
pricing strategy for private label products, improving retail sales
of music and gaming products, and optimizing salesforce
effectiveness in financial services. At Bain, he notes "you can
always count on your case team members to help you out in a pinch."
Jeffrey has worked in many industries including retail,
insurance, banking, transportation, telecommunications, and
restaurant and entertainment. In 1999, Jeffrey transferred to
Bain's Johannesburg office for a six-month assignment. "Bain can
provide you with a truly global experience. Personally, I have
enjoyed working in offices in three different countries."
Prior to joining Bain, he worked for three years as a Process
Engineer for Hatch Associates in the Non-Ferrous business unit.
Jeffrey obtained an MBA with Distinction from INSEAD in 2004. He
graduated from McGill University with Distinction in 1994 where he
obtained a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering and a minor in
Management. He attended McGill as a recipient of the Faculty of
Engineering Scholar Award, the McConnell Award for Academic
Excellence, and the Johnson's Wax Scholarship.
