We recruit experienced professionals year-round. Your years of relevant experience help determine which role you should apply for at Bain:

  • Up to three years of experience — Associate consultant
  • Between three and six years of industry experience or one to two years post-MBA — Consultant
  • More than six years of experience — Manager

Your position level will be assessed and adjusted, if needed, during the interview process.
