Our colleagues are a fantastic group of people to work with—at Bain Washington, DC you will find real friendships with your peers. For those that are interested, consultants frequently arrange group activities outside of work, such as cooking classes, whitewater rafting and trips to Wizards and Nationals games. Our active "Espirit" committee sponsors other social events every month, like "power lunches" and parties on our roof deck.

In addition to the fun, Bain Washington, DC is passionate about serving the local community. We hold a spirited auction to benefit United Way every year, in addition to fundraisers for other local charities. Each spring, during our "Community Impact Day," everyone leaves the office to spend the day supporting local nonprofits, which most recently included the Anacostia Watershed Society, KIPP DC, the Rock Creek Conservancy and the Father McKenna Center.
