Frequently Asked Questions
How do I apply?
Please prepare your CV and a response to the question: “What motivated you to apply to the event?” and submit your application through our online portal.
When you apply, you will be asked to choose 3 offices you are interested in. Please note that this is just for our information and does not impact the process or any future position applications.
You will also be asked for a possible start date at Bain. Please fill in the field with November 2022. This has no impact to your event application or any future position applications.
As part of the process, there is an online assessment. You will receive an email with all the information after the deadline.
The deadline to apply is: October 2, 2022
If I am not invited to be part of the program, does that also mean I will not be invited to interview for a position at Bain?
We have limited spots for this program, so we are unable to invite everyone who applies. Therefore we encourage you to apply for a position regardless of the outcome of your application.
For further questions on our application process for this masterclass or Bain in general, please contact us.
What is the duration of the program?
The program is a 10 month program. We will start in October 2022 through assigning you a mentor and granting you access to the Academy and continue with the trainings on a monthly cadence.
I have heard about the Bain True North Scholarship, is this the same as the Masterclass?
The True North Scholarship is a program currently offered by our London, Zurich, Munich, Middle East and Australian offices. It is a separate program from the Lead to Inspire Masterclass and the application process is different. Should you have applied to the True North Scholarship, you can still apply to the Masterclass as well. Please go here for more information about the True North Scholarship.
